Represented a prominent fuel supply distribution and leasing company operating across Western Canada. His insightful counsel and negotiation skills secured favorable outcomes for the company, further consolidating its position in the industry.

• Challenging environmental case, negotiated a settlement with Alberta Environment concerning contamination and remediation matters.
